Willie Wood

Willie brought light and laughter to our family at the bank. We will all miss him very much.

We first met Willie at our local church, Chapelwood Baptist, about 2+ years ago. He became a good friend through our weekly coffees and worship times, sitting side by side. We loved his stories, Willie’s enthusiasm for singing, his desire to serve others…but most of all an abiding love for his Saviour. Willie's wit and smile and genuine interest in the visitor drew many to him and then to Christ. He is missed for a season, loved for our lifetimes and most importantly, loved by Jesus.
