Aww dad - how I will miss singing "Happy birthday to us" with you, on our shared birthday. You taught me so much about life, how to work hard, manage money, be honest, treat all people with respect and kindness, have a sense of humor and how to smile and adjust to change with dignity and peace. I will always be grateful to God that he put me in you and mom's care on earth. I thank God that we had you for as long as we did - you will be in my heart forever. I sure don't know what heaven is like but if you can be.... I hope you are dancing, driving, golfing, eating your favorite foods. Always in my heart.
