I am so sorry for the Tribute Family and your loss; I recently lost my Mom. I have found death to leave me with a feeling of helplessness. May I leave you this word of encouragement that has helped me? The Bible says at 1 Corinthians 15: 26 that God hates death, and shows it to be an enemy. He has "a yearning" to conquer that enemy, to undo death by means of the resurrection. He longs to bring back those who are in his memory and to see them live on earth again. -Job 14:14, 15. My sincere condolences.

I know my mom considered him to be a great friend and enjoyed talking to him on the phone. There are plenty of fond memories of dinners in the basement of the Romanian Church where your dad, my dad, and the Naparius would liven the place up.
