Obituary
Helen D. Aten, 87, of Indianapolis passed away on July 20, 2021. She was born in Indianapolis to Thomas and Helen Halloran on June 12, 1934. She worked as a waitress for King Cole Restaurant until she retired. Helen was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Joseph Patchon; and her brothers, Thomas, John, Edward and Michael. She is survived by her daughters, Angel (Larry) Ellis, Jeanette Chris and Carlotta (David) Myers; sons, James Patchon, Jerold Patchon, and John Patchon; brother, David Halloran; sisters, Judith Stanger, Claire Patino, Mary Sallee, Kathleen Hill, Madelyn Halloran, Stephanie (Duane) Richardson, Maureen Eley and Margaret Moore; seventeen grandchildren, and forty great grandchildren. A graveside service will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery 2446 S. Meridian Street Indianapolis, IN 46225 on Saturday, August 21, 2021 at 12:30PM.
