I'm so sorry to hear about Pat. I worked with her for 2 years at Westview Hospital ED in the 80s. She mothered all of us. She was a great friend. I have missed her ever since moving away and losing touch. Prayers for your family.

Pat began taking care of children at an early age. My mother paid her $.25 a week to walk me to public school 44 in Indianaplis when I was six years old and starting first grade. Pat would have been about 10 years old at that time. Some years later, while in law school, I did portraits of Donnie and Kim for Pat.
