Mary Lloyd

Mary Louise Lloyd, 66, of Abilene, TX passed away on March 7, 2022 in Abilene. Mary was born in Hopkinsville, KY on August 23, 1955 to Eddie and Willie Mae Forte. Mary spent her career working for over twenty years with the Internal Revenue Service, State of Indiana and then retiring in Texas. Mary loved living in Texas, she loved her church, gardening and growing fresh vegetables. Mary is preceded in death by her parents; husband of 35 years, Martinez Lloyd; brother Bubba (David Thomas) and sister Gwendolyn Forte. She is survived by her daughters India Forte, Carolyn Forte and Nicole Forte; son David Forte; grandchildren Shatara, Erin, Carleton Jr., Alexis, DeKayla, Davion, Jaden and Jamar all of Indianapolis, IN; brothers Ronnie, Robert, and Perry; sisters Shirley, Carolyn, Faye, Joyce, Maria, Brenda, Beverly, Sherry and Stephanie all of Hopkinsville, KY; and a host of nieces and nephews.
