Samuel Orebaugh

Samuel Rock Orebaugh, age 62, of Indianapolis, IN passed away on June 10, 2022. Rock was born on December 21, 1959 to Ray and Dorothy Orebaugh in Indianapolis, IN. He was a graduate of Ben Davis High School, Class of 1978 and he worked for Carrier Corporation for 38 years. Rock was a Steeler's fan, he loved the outdoors, boating, camping and bonfires with family and friends. Card nights with the guys, he loved The Bob and Tom Show, he was always winning tickets to a concert or comedy show. He loved to sing and dance. (The Pig Pen) was one of everyone's favorites. Nascar, Dale Earnhardt was his all-time favorite. He also enjoyed The Indianapolis 500, Bike Nights and Main Street. He was predeceased by his Father, Ray Orebaugh; Mother, Dorothy Orebaugh; and Brother, Ray (Buddy) Orebaugh Jr. He is survived by his Wife, Shelley Orebaugh; Brother, Jack Orebaugh (Ronda); Sister, Joyce Wildman (Rudy); Sons, Jeremy Orebaugh and Tandy Rardon Jr (Marissa); Daughters, Sheena and Tanya Rardon; Brother-in-law, Jason Boswell (Rebecca); Sisters- in-law, Julie Orebaugh and Brandi Boswell; Mother-In-Law, Shirley Boswell; Grandchildren, Zariah, Zaylee, Zevaeh, Drayten, Kodi, Karlie, Millie and Tanden; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles. A funeral service will be held 12:00 PM Saturday, June 18, 2022 at Stevens Mortuary 5520 W. 10th Street Indianapolis, IN 46224 with a visitation from 10:00 until time of service. Fellowship will be held from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM on Saturday, June 18, 2022 at Chapel Rock Christian Church 2020 N. Girl School Road Indianapolis, IN 46214.
