Obituary
Veronica Ruth Velikan, 80, of Avon passed away on May 31, 2023. She was born in Indianapolis to Frank and Amy Marie Peck on May 8, 1943. Veronica was a proud and loving house wife and mother. She was preceded in death by her parents; and brothers, Joe and Ray Peck. Veronica is survived by her children, Phillip Velikan (Diana), Jeffrey Velikan (Jill), Victoria Velikan, Paula Weifenbach, Christopher Velikan (Judi), Diane Hilligoss (Rick), Frank Velikan, Gregory Velikan (Amber) and Sarah Velikan; 14 grandchildren; and her sister, Tina (Peck) Heath. In honor of Veronica the family kindly requests memorial contributions be made to the Hendricks County Humane Society 3033 E Main St, Danville, IN 46122.
