Bob gave me something to look up to. A great man, and loving caring father. There was a time when Heather and I had broke down in Illinois. This was the beginning of our marriage and Bob and I hadn't really got to know each other yet. We had no one to call, no one to help. Heather said 'my dad will drop ANYTHING to help me." I scoffed. Sure as the sun shines daily... Here he come. Midnight hours and all. It was that moment that I told my wife "I want to be a dad like yours... I want to do anything for my kids."

Daddy I wish I could go back to the many years I missed with you and be there to get to know you more. This past year I feel as if I finally made you proud and Im go grateful for every moment i came to see you even when you upset or busy. I live you and am gonna miss you deeply
