Deborah Ann Ball, 66, of Indianapolis passed away on August 3, 2023. She was born in Indianapolis to Lawrence D. And Evelyn M. McCarty on October 30, 1956. She worked for Lester Sales as a file clerk for many years. She was a member of Drexel Gardens Apostolic Tabernacle Church and Moose Lodge 500 Speedway for many years.
She enjoyed playing cards and bingo. She also enjoyed camping, especially sitting by the camp fire. Deborah and her husband liked spending quality time with each other putting puzzles together and crocheting. She loved to play and spend time with her grandkids and great grandkids.
Deborah was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 51 years, Randell James Ball; and brothers, Lawrence D. and Dale A. (Debbie) McCarty.
She is survived by her son, Steven J. (Jamie) Ball; daughter, Kimberly A. (Mike) Lewis; brothers, Danny L. (Jean) McCarty and Donald L. McCarty; sisters, Linda D. Miller and Vivian J. (Joe) Criscillies; sister-in-law, Jean (Harry) Nusbaum; grandkids, Austin J. Ball, Kaylie L. Ball, Quentin K. Lewis, Kiah M. Spears, Kizer J. Ball, Blossie S. Spears, Austin L. Chessman and Austin B. Spears; great grandkids, Teigen J. Ball, Kinzley G. Ball, Kalayah J. Ball and Blossie S. Spears Jr.; and 17 nieces and nephews.
