Pamela G. Kingery, 67, of Indianapolis passed away on May 29, 2024. She was born in Indianapolis on November 20, 1956 to Robert L. and Ietta M. Pugh. Pam was a dedicated homemaker that took great pride in her home and yard. She enjoyed playing cards with her close friends and shopping with her mother. Pam was preceded in death by her husband of 38 years, Ray Kingery; her grandson, Caleb Childs; and her father, Robert L. Pugh. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Carrie and Kevin Childs; son and daughter-in-law, Brent and Ginger Ripberger; grandson, Kyler Childs; mother, Ietta Pugh; brothers, Bobby Pugh and Stanly Pugh; and her sisters, Teresa Reynolds and Connie Benge. A memorial service will be held at 5:30 PM, Thursday, June 13, 2024 at Stevens Mortuary 5520 W. 10th Street Indianapolis, IN 46224 with a memorial gathering from 3:30 PM until time of service. In lieu of flowers; donations can be made to Hazelwood Christian Church 9947 W. County Road 0, Clayton, IN 46118; include Homeless Ministry in memory of Pamela Kingery.

My amazing mother!!! You were so strong and determined in everything you did. I was blessed that you loved your grandkids so much and took wonderful care of them! I am going to miss you so much. Not only were you my mommaseeta…. You were my friend! I love you, now go enjoy Ray and Caleb they are glad you are home.

I love you dearly, my baby sister, my little Pamby! You and I had a special bond that I will always cherish. It was always you and Mom and me following Ray’s passing. Dinners out and family gatherings found the three of us together more times than not. I marveled at the strength you held in that small body. You were amazing not only to me but to everyone that ever knew you. Life handed you so many challenges and you let none of them stop you. I miss you terribly and I always will. Your brother, Stan…or as you called me “Stanwy”!
