Jewell E. Goldsberry, 93 years of age passed away Friday, June 7, 2024. She was born on November 20, 1930, in Oolitic, IN to the late Ervin and Eva Spires. Jewell married Guy Goldsberry of Shoals, IN on February 12, 1949.

Jewell lived with her late husband, Guy, in Mooresville, IN for 51 years. She was a homemaker and member of Mooresville Free Methodist Church.

Jewell is survived by her 5 Children: Jerry (Pam) Goldsberry of Plainfield, IN, Larry Goldsberry of Avon, IN, Donna (Rich) Powers of Anderson, IN, Harold (Kim) Goldsberry of Mooresville and Carl (Julie) Goldsberry of Indianapolis, IN; 10 Grandchildren; 8 Great Grandchildren; and 1 Great Great Grandchild; and 1 brother, Rick (Erin) Spires of Bedford, IN. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Guy; 3 brothers (Gaylord, Donnie and Bobby “Runt”) and 3 sisters (JunEtta, MaryAnn and Joyce).

Calling hours for Jewell will be from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM Wednesday, June 12, 2024, at Stevens Mortuary, 5520 W. 10^th Street Indianapolis, IN 46224. The funeral will be at 1:00 PM. Jewell will be laid to rest at Maple Hill Cemetery in Plainfield, IN.
