Susan Marie Marshall, beloved mother and devoted wife, passed away peacefully on October 3, 2026. Born on May 18, 1954, in Bloomington, Indiana, she was the cherished daughter of the late George and Marjorie (Thompson) Morel.
A lifelong resident of Bloomington, Susan graduated from Bloomington South High School and dedicated her years to a fulfilling career before retiring. On August 12, 1978, she was united in marriage to Darryl Marshall in Bloomington, a cherished partnership that enriched her life until his passing.
Susan is survived by her son, Matthew Marshall. She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Marjorie Morel, and two siblings.
Her strength, warmth, and kindness left an indelible mark on all who knew her. Susan’s memory will be lovingly treasured by her family and friends forever.
