Deborah Felisky

Deborah Ann Felisky passed away unexpectedly on July 22, 2026.
Debbie as she was known was born in Flint Michigan on November 11, 1957. She always loved that her birthday was always a holiday.
She moved to Indianapolis in 1963 and lived her entire life here. She attended St. Gabriel Catholic School, and Cardinal Ritter High School. She graduated from Indiana University with an Associate of Science degree in Radiology. She briefly worked at Putnam County Hospital after graduation. Her love was to work at Indiana University Hospital. She was an X-ray technician initially and then worked in Interventional Radiology and then transitioned to Revenue Cycling and Coding for several years until she retired after 43 years.
Debbie never married and had no children but she enjoyed spoiling her nieces, nephews,and great nieces and nephew. She would help anybody in need. She loved traveling, going out to dinner with family and friends, she was an avid reader and loved watching movies. Her biggest love was her collection of dolls and anything chickens.
She was preceded in death by her parents James and Rosalie Felisky and her niece Emily Johnson. She is survived by her sisters Francine Figg (Kevin), Jennifer Johnson, and her brother James Felisky (Becky). She is also survived by her nieces Meredith Figg, Victoria Evers (Aaron), Madelyn, Mackenzie, and Mason Evers, Lauren Johnson, Ian Johnson (Brooke), Riley Johnson and baby Millie on the way, Michael Johnson, Katie Felisky-Stewart (Frank), Avery and Addison Felisky-Stewart, Kyle Felisky (Kara) and Cody Felisky.
Our hearts are broken at this sudden loss but we take comfort in knowing she is celebrating in heaven.
Viewing will take place on Thursday July 30th from 4:00 pm- 8:00pm at Steven’s Mortuary on West 10th Street. Funeral Mass will take place on July 31, 2026 at 11:00 am at St. Malachy Catholic Church Brownsburg Indiana. Interment will be at a later date in Calvery Cemetery Indianapolis.
