Joaquin Marin

Joaquin Marin, 55, of Indianapolis passed away August 28, 2014. He was born October 10, 1959 in Ciudad Hidalgo, Michuacan Mexico to Luis Marin and Eva Vilchez.

Joaquin was a factory/labor worker his whole life. He loved to play soccer, dance and watch movies and was also an avid sports fan of soccer, football, basketball and baseball. He was devoted to his family and was a loving husband, father, son, brother, a good friend and a great neighbor. He loved visiting back home to Mexico.

He is preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, Juan Marin and Ausilo Sandoval and great grandparents, Tiofilo and Dislada Marin.

Joaquin is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Olga Marin; son, Eric Marin; sisters, Teresa Morelos and Mae Luisa Tello and brother, Juan Luis Marin.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 30 from 5 pm - 7 pm with a funeral service at 7 pm in Stevens Mortuary, 5520 W. 10th St., Indianapolis.
