Obituary
Dusanka Elbaridi 67, of Indianapolis, passed away on February 24, 2009. She was born on June 7, 1941. Dusanka is survived by her son, Nidal "Nick" Elbaridi; daughters, Majada Elbaridi-Rajovic and Danja Elbaridi; grandchildren, Nikola and Lucille and friend, Dawn Smith. Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 27, 2009 at 6 p.m. in St. Nicholas Serbian Orthodox Church, located at 7855 Marsh Rd, Indpls, IN 46278, with visitation there from 5 p.m. until the time of service, followed by a memorial meal. Burial will be private. The family requests no flowers, rather, contributions may be made to the American Lung Association or St. Nicholas Church. Arrangements were entrusted to Stevens Mortuary. While our world has lost an amazing woman, heaven has gained a beautiful soul. I will miss Dusanka so much...I loved her for her smile, her genuine love for family and friends and her strength. She taught me to much about strength and courage. You're forever in my heart...many prayers and much love to her family who are just as amazing.

I met Dusanka when I hired her at the Walgreens location in Indianapolis. Dusanka was a joy to see everyday when she came to work with a joyful spirit for life. We talked often how family was so important to each of us and she became part of the Walgreens family immediately.
