Dorothy Brown

Dorothy Fay Brown, 94, of Indianapolis, passed away February 25, 2010. She was born October 6, 1915. Dorothy was awarded high school salutatorian in 1933 and the Gary City Tennis Champion in 1935. She was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel P. Brown; sister, Virginia Smith and grandson, Daniel Parker Brown II. Dorothy is survived by her son, Thomas (Raquel) Brown; daugher, Jacquie (Jay) Meisenhelder; 3 grandchildren; 2 nieces and 1 nephew. Visitation will be held on Monday, March 1 at Stevens Mortuary & Family Center, 5520 W 10th St, Indpls, from 10-11:00 am. The funeral service will follow the visitation and begin there at 11:00 am.
