Walter V. Glogoza Born in Indianapolis (Haughville) to Benjamin and Theresa (Krachef) Glogoza on July 27, 1928, died on Tuesday, February 22, 2011. Walter was preceded in death by his 6 siblings. He married in 1950 to Patricia (Owens) Glogoza. Survivors include his wife, Patricia; children, Vincent (Lu Ann), Cece Cronkhite, Phil (Kris), Nancy (Carl) Cline, Tracy (Mark) Gleixner, Joseph (Susanne), Steve (Kim) and Peter (Kelly); 22 grandchildren and 15 great- grandchildren. Walt was an active member of St. Michael Archangel Catholic Church and an avid bowler and golfer from his teen years to January of 2011. Walt retired from the United States Postal Service in 1983 after 31 years of service. Visitation will be held Friday evening, February 25 from 4 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. with a 7:30 p.m. rosary at Stevens Mortuary and Family Center, 5520 W. 10th St., Indianapolis. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Michael Archangel Catholic Church, 3354 W. 30th St., Indianapolis on Saturday, February 26 at 10:30 a.m. www.stevensmortuary.net

My heart goes out to the Glogoza Family. My fondest memories are laughing with Walt while sharing a piece of his awesome Apple Pie after dinner at Steve & Kim's house. There are also many good times with the Glogoza family at the Boy Scouts Golf Tournaments. Many blessing and prayers for the loss of your loved one.
