Alice Strough

Alice "Rosie" Strough 88, of Indianapolis passed away April 29, 2011. She was born on August 17, 1922. After 40 years of dedicated service as an elementary teacher, Alice retired from Wayne Township Schools. She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Lloyd "Pete" Strough. Survivors include her daughter, Carol (Gary) Bennett; sisters, Therese Harlan and Margaret Pucciani and 4 grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Monday, May 2 from 10-11 a.m. at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 901 N. Holmes Ave. with a Memorial Mass following at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Bockhold Hall Restoration Fund.
