Carl Allen "Cap" Yorger 51, Powhatan, Virginia, passed away June 26, 2011. Born August 5, 1959, he was a U.S. Army veteran and a member of DeMolay. He loved hunting and his boat. Survivors include his wife, Lori J. Belluardo Yorger; daughter, Tina Rose Yorger; mother, Mary Ellen Chasteen; father, Carl D. Yorger; sisters, Sharon, Lisa, Jewell, Tina, Dawn, Dana, and Laura; brothers, Charles and Floyd; and his good companions, Precious and Raven. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, July 1 at Stevens Mortuary & Family Center. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family. www.stevensmortuary.net

I knew Carl when I was a kid. Our parents played cards, and went camping together all the time. I usually saw Carl when we were camping, and I was always excited to see him, as he was so much fun even with us younger kids, and very funny! I miss seeing him and all of the family. Tom Simmons
