Mary Sterger

Mary was born to Rafael and Amelia Sterger who proceeded her in death as did her brother, Robert  Sterger. She is survived by her sister Barbara Kimball , 2 nieces, Allison and Audrey, sister in law, Susan Aaron, cousins Julie Banayote (Rob), Lisa Arnold, Toni Mattingly (Bret), Gloria Gnip, Carolyn Burcham (Rene) and many more cousins. 

She had a very loving family who all shared in caring for Mary over the years. Mary had a strong catholic faith that carried her through life, with a deep special love for "Her Jesus" and The Virgin Mary, whom she was named after.  She was the sunshine of our lives, always making us laugh with her quick wit and humor. She had many hardships along the way of her life with some mental disabilities and health issues later in life. She never let that define her. She retired in 2018 after 33 years of service at  Goodwill Industries. Mary left behind a loving family who all shared in her care over the years. She lived at Hermitage Apartments for 24 years and made many friends and great neighbors along the way. 

We would like to thank all the wonderful people at Midtown Mental Health who provided great care to her for the last 25 years,

Mary will be deeply missed by those who loved her.
