Adolph Komlanc

To Cynthia and Family. May god find you all comfort and strenghth during this difficult time.

I would like the family to know that I spent some time visiting with Mr Komlanc a couple of years ago after finding his name in my fathers POW diary. They were captured in North Africa and held together for some time. Only they will know what they endured. It was a pleasure to meet Mr Komlanc and even more so after seeing the Indianapolis Fire Department plaque on his garage wall. He knew my uncle Kenny Milender from the fire department. My grandfather, gg grandfather and ggg grandfather also served with the fire department. As it turns out, it is a small world.I was saddened to hear of his passing. Thank you for your service to the country Mr. Komlanc !
