Pauline (Posia) (Charlesworth) Green, 80, of Indianapolis passed away peacefully at HOME surrounded by her family and friends on November 24, 2024.  She spent her career at Community Hospital Imaging. Pauline was a devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She had an infectious smile and beautiful personality. If you did not know her name you knew her by her smile. She had an unwavering spirit to help others. She leaves behind a legacy of selflessness and kindness. Pauline was an inspiration to those who knew her and would hope to continue to inspire those who had the privilege of knowing her. Pauline was preceded in death by her parents, Daniel and Victoria Posia; sisters, Mary, Virginia, Victoria “Vicky”; and her brother, Tobias “Toby”. Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Dan (Cheryl); Meleah (Jerry), Jason and Jeremy; grandchildren, Brandon, Brittney, Ryan, Jason, Reagan and Jordan; great grandchildren, Macyn and Raelynn; and her niece, Virginia Ann Moran. Pauline's family are deeply grateful to her granddaughter, Brittney and great granddaughter, Macyn for their unwavering love, extraordinary care and support. The family also wishes to thank her special angels, Lauraly and Liz for extraordinary care and dedication.

Paula was such a dear friend . Paula had the kindest heart ever. Such a strong strong women, such a strong example of a loving mother that would do anything to help and support her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Paula had a heart of gold and a love for the Lord. She was a dedicated employee and many days went to work when she should of stayed home. Paula and I met when I was 16 . Paula taught me many life lessons and mentored me as a young woman. We worked together for more then 20 years and remained friends there after. My memories of Paula are full of all the generosity she gave to others and the helping loving hand she gave to me and my family. Love you my dear friend may you rest in peace and know that you will be so missed. My life was blessed and enriched by your friendship

I'll always remember when we were kids playing Jax on the floor watching TV on the davenport eating ice cream and chips. I loved her so much and although we lived so far apart we always remained close like sisters Her loving niece, Virginia Ann
