Obituary
Wayne Maurer, 83, of Indianapolis passed away peacefully at home with his loving family by his side. He was born on February 7, 1930 to Samuel and Isabel Maurer. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 41 years, Wanda Maurer; son, Mike Bealmear; grandson, Andy Swartz and great grandson, Cameron Denny. He is survived by his loving companion, Loretta Williams; children, Susan Hopkins, Linda (Ruben) Plasencia, Judi (Bob) Burch, Jerry (Minzi) Maurer, Larry (Jane) Maurer, Tony (Terri) Maurer and Sam Maurer and many beautiful grandchildren and great grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 23 from 4 pm - 8 pm in Stevens Mortuary, 5520 W. 10th St., Indpls. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, April 24 at 11:30 am in St. Joseph Catholic Church, 1375 S Mickley Ave., Indpls. Interment will follow in Floral Park Cemetery.

I was so sorry to hear about Wayne. He was one of the nicest and most compassionate people I had ever met. I'm sure he will be greatly missed.

God Bless all of you. I know that God has a new chum with him because Wayne was such a wonder. I am so sorry for your loss and we send our prayers to all of you. We are just thankful that we got to share in knowing him. Love to you all
