Obituary
Thelma Maxine Williams, 83 of Indianapolis passed away on July 23, 2013. Thelma was born on March 2, 1930 in Indianapolis to the late Earnest and Mary Elizabeth(Stewart) Morton. In 1978 Thelma was preceded in death by her husband of 30 years, Manuel Carter Williams. She is also preceded in death by one son, Daniel Lee Williams. Thelma was a loving mother who cared for and raised six children. She loved to read and was well traveled by way of book. She loved nature, birds and gardening. Thelma is survived by her daughter Rebecca Ann (Richard) Trombley, sons Timothy Carter (Ruth Ann) Williams, Jeffrey Brian (Terry Yeakle) Williams, Mark Louis Williams and Stephen Bradley Williams, 4 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Memorial services will be scheduled for a later date. The family requests memorial contributions may be made in the honor and loving memory of their mother, Thelma Maxine Williams to the Riley Children's Foundation 30 S Meridian St #200 Indianapolis, IN 46204 (317) 634-4474. I am so sorry to hear of the death of Thelma. The passing away of a loved one is always with much sorrow. May we have faith and confidence in the Bible's promise of a time when pain, sickness and death are a thing of the past (Revelation 21:3, 4). My condolences are with the family at this difficult time.

This is my beloved grandmother I had been separated from her when I was 12 years old by my mother. Last I saw her I was a child and wasn't allowed contact after my mother moved me to Kansas City Missouri. I was with her almost every weekend prior to this event. My father is Daniel Lee WIlliams he also passed when I was a child. I would love to have contact with anyone who knew my grandmother would like to know more about her. I love her so much and am so sad I didn't get to see her anymore. I don't have any contact with family now and want to if you could help me do this please contact me at sweetnspicy35@gmail.com.
