Josephine Radi

Josephine Radi, 87, of Indianapolis passed away September 7, 2013. She was born on February 26, 1926 in Indianapolis, IN to Joseph and Mari (Skoda) Radi. She spent her entire life in Haughville. Sophie attended Holy Trinity School, School-#52, and Washington High School. She worked for American Paper Stock Company for over 38 years. After that she worked for IUPUI until she retired in 1991. Sophie enjoyed working by making poticas for Holy Trinity and cleaning the church. She is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Mari; sisters, Mary (Radi) Averill and Frances (Radi) Rogers; brother, Joseph Radi and nephews, James and John. She is survived by her 5 nephews, Jack, Joe, Jerry and Jon Averill and James Rogers; 2 nieces, Monica (Rogers) Rosales and Mitzi Rogers and several great nieces and great great nieces and nephews.
