Obituary
Gene L. Barrett, 82, of Indianapolis passed away April 10, 2014. He was born January 12, 1932 to Robert L. and Ann Barrett, both preceding him in death. He was also preceded in death by his daughter, Shirene Bricker. Gene is survived by his grandson, Michael Bricker; granddaughter, Jessica Bricker; sisters, Janet Tillery and Mary Jo Barrett. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, April 15 at 10:15 am in St. Joseph Cemetery, 435 W. Troy Ave., Indianapolis.

Michael and Jessica, I am so sorry about the loss of your grandfather. I know you both have had more than your share of grief. I enjoyed getting to know Mr. Barrett, and teasing him incessantly. He was a sweet man who I will miss visiting.
