Leona J. Madden, 87, of Plainfield passed away on January 10, 2025. She was born in Indianapolis to Leon and Geneva Harmon on May 30, 1937. Leona enjoyed gardening. She liked watching tv; her favorite shows were NCIS, Young Sheldon and Big Bang Theory. She loved spending time with her family. She appreciated a good meal. Leona was preceded in death by her parents, Leon and Geneva Harmon; husband, Montgumery Madden; step-son, Dana Madden; and brother-in-law, Bob Myers. She is survived by her sons, Gary (Kelly) Madden and Greg Madden; granddaughters, Mackenzie Madden (Donavan) and Miranda Blackman; grandson, Austin Madden; great granddaughter, Tiabeanie Morrison; great grandson, Dane Blackman; sisters, Judy Myers and Deloris Elza; and several nieces and nephews.

So many wonderful memories of fun family times. We enjoyed holiday parties, camping, fishing, swimming at the beach at Racoon Lake. Thankful we had some good last visits… got to hold your hand and always enjoyed that beautiful smile. Rest well, you will live on in our cherished memories. Much love to the family.
