Dorothy Mazura

Dorothy E. Mazura, 83, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 21, 2015. Born on April 18, 1931 to the late Matija "OT" Repse and Mary (Turk) Repse. She is survived by her children Stuart Mazura (Jennifer), Brian Mazura (Angela) and Marcel Slade (William). She was preceded in death by her husband Richard E.Mazura. She retired from Indiana Bell / ATT after 40 years' service in the accounting dept. Graduated from St Mary's academy in 1949. A life time member of the Indiana Bell Pioneers, the National Slovenian Home, KSKJ and the Indiana Business Women's Association. Dorothy was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother to Joshua Johnson (Danielle), Madison Slade, Matthew Slade, Austin Mazura and great grandmother to Jace & Delaney Johnson. She had a kind loving heart and was always ready to help family and friends. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends and everyone she touched. Visitation will be held in Stevens Mortuary, 5520 W. 10th St., Indianapolis, TODAY, Friday, January 23 from 4 pm - 7:30 pm with a Rosary at 7:30 pm. Funeral services will be Saturday, January 24 at 10 am also in Stevens Mortuary. Memorial contributions may be made to the Slovenian National Home 2717 W. 10th St. Indpls., In 46222.
