Stephanie Gibbs-Collins

Stephanie “Nikki” Gibbs-Collins, 34, Indianapolis, died September 6, 2015. She was born May 26, 1981 to Darrell and Cynthia Gibbs. Just to take a brief moment to reminiscence of Nikki's life. Nikki was the second child to Darrell and Cynthia Gibb born May 26, 1981. She was blessed with having an older brother, two younger brothers and an only baby sister. At a very young age, she would try to take over as the parental figure with her siblings, which it was then we knew she would later be an awesome mother. Nikki was a very outgoing, energetic and social person growing up. She never met a stranger. She loved being in the Brownies and Girl Scouts, playing softball but, her passion was dancing and music even into adulthood. She loved hanging with family in fact some of her best friends were her cousins. Nikki was a very young mother but an awesome one. Wesley was her world. Even in her darkest hours, she would worry about him. She was also a person that would give the shirt off her back if you needed it as she did many times. Nikki was blessed with a large family with lots of uncles, aunts and cousins. She will be missed by many. Survivors include her parents; son, Wesley Roach II; brother, Jonathan Gibbs; sister, Stacie Gibbs; twin brothers, Jeffrey and Jessie Gibbs; and grandma, Mary Lou Henson.
