Obituary
Curtis E. Hepworth, 73, of Greencastle, IN passed away on Thursday, January 14, 2016. He was born on October 18, 1942 in Martinsville, IN to Samuel E. and Kathrine R. (Bastin) Hepworth, both preceding him in death. Curtis served in the US Airforce and was a civil servant at Ft. Harrison before his retirement. He enjoyed playing the guitar. Survivors include his fiancé, Diane Burton; sister, Janie Hendrickson; brother, Billy E. (Chanel M.) Hepworth; four nieces and four nephews. No immediate services. Stevens Mortuary 5520 W. 10th St., are entrusted with arrangements.

My baby brother was six years younger than me so growing up we did;nt have much in common because when i was 16 he was 10 so we had different interest's but as we grew older that began to change and we both became interested in music and cb radio. we spent time talking over the radio and playing music. i will miss him..my prayer is that God will care for him !!

I'm sad to hear of Curtis passing on.
I'll be praying for you,for comfort.
A year the 3rd of Feb. I lost Marlene,my daughter'.,
And three years ago another daughter., God will soften the pain,and he will for you too.

My condolences to the family. The loss of a loved one is never easy but please find comfort from God's word the bible that says there is going to be a resurrection. Acts 24:15 says there is going to be a resurrection of the righteous and the unrighteous and with this hope it is possible for you to see him again. We are given more hope and comfort as we read Rev. 21:3,4 that talks about a restored paradise where the human family will have the prospect of enjoying life without end, free of sickness, disease and death as we welcome back our dear loved ones. May you find peace from these bible verse and continue to let God be your strength, and may all the wonderful memories that Curtis your loved one provided comfort you during this most difficult time.

I am so sorry for your loss, and the Hepworth family. I lost my Mom recently and have found death to leave me with a feeling of helplessness. May I leave you this word of encouragement that has helped me. The Bible says that God hates death; he views it as an enemy. (1 Corinthians 15: 26) He has "a yearning" to conquer that enemy, to undo death by means of the resurrection. He longs to bring back those who are in his memory and to see them live on earth again. -Job 14:14,15.
