Obituary
Lois Jean Miller, 90, of Indianapolis, passed away on February 14, 2016. She was born February 5, 1926 to the late Howard and Elma Starks in Decatur County, Indiana. She was married to Frank Miller, who preceded her in death in 1993. Jean worked in the cafeteria at George Washington High School for over 20 years. She was member of St. Anthony Catholic Church. Jean is survived by her children, Donna Edwards, Linda Miller (Alan Kemp), and Brenda (Mike) McCoy; 10 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren; stepchildren Frank (Carolyn) Miller, Tom Miller and the late Faye Wright. Graveside funeral services will be held 10:00 am Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at Floral Park Cemetery Chapel 425 N. Holt Road Indianapolis, IN. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Anthony Catholic Church 337 N Warman Ave Indianapolis, IN 46222 or Indiana Donor Network 3760 Guion Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46222. Dear Linda, Donna, Brenda and families, Our heartfelt sympathy to all of you in the loss of your very special mother and grandmother. We thought the world of Jean and loved her to pieces. Our awesome God has welcomed home a very very special Angel. May our almighty God wrap his loving arms around all of you and guide you through this very difficult time. Just know that she is now reunited with all her siblings and parents and happy being with our Lord. I'm so glad of the times I got to see her and take her out to dinner when I was in Indy with my work. We loved talking to her from time to time when we called. Forever in our hearts, Dear Jean.

So sorry for your loss. We lived on Addison street and we went to Assumption Catholic Church. My brother Don Roach and I played baseball on the lot next to your home. Your mother was nice to all of us. My mother Virginia (Roach) Jones knew your mother and they were very good friends. Virginia is still living and will be 92 this year. Your mother will be missed.
