Katherine Tatman 98, of Indianapolis, passed away on March 11, 2016. Katherine was born in Terre Haute, IN on November 13, 1917 to the late Joseph and Nellie (Soltis) Wrabel. Katherine was a homemaker, devoting her life to her faith, husband, children and grandchildren. Katherine was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and was honored in 2004 with the West Deanery Recognition 30 – Year Distinguished Service Award. She volunteered herself to serving many charitable and community organizations. She was with the Harvest House Ministry at St. Joseph Church for over 16 years. Katherine was a member of the the Altar Society for 10 years and a Girl Scout Leader. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Katherine is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Mr. Anthony Gregg Tatman; daughters, Susan Louise Tatman of Schamburg, IL and Becky Jean (Steve) Kebe of Columbus, OH; sons Joseph Allen (Sharon) Tatman of Reston, VA and Robert Gregg (Sylvia) Tatman of Houston, TX; 19 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren and 2 more on the way…

Your in my thoughts and prayers during this time. I've enjoyed getting to know Katherine, Greg and the family during the last 5 years. Katherine was always so polite to me. Thanks for having trust and faith in me to take care of your parents, while everyone is away; I'm sure that isn't an easy choice to make.
