To the family,
I am Patricia Holloway, I was saddened to learn of my friend, formal co-worker passing
Tracy Fox. We had great times as we worked at Methodist Hospital on the night shift.
We both thought fondly of each other.I admired her,and will remember her fondly, for she was a great friend.
To the family you are in my prayers

Perfection, creative, loving, beautiful inside and out. Tracy was an amazing lady she will be greatly missed by many people. She diffidently left a legacy in the CVOR and will be remembered every time we open a sterile instrument.
Thanks to Tracy's mom for raising a loving and hard working young lady.
