I have known Brim since high school and we didn't always keep in touch over the years, but we always had a wonderful friendship. Whenever we would see one another it was as if we hadn't skipped a beat. Brim also befriended my older brother and my sisters as well. He attended several family gatherings and celebrations we invited him to. In fact, he is one of only two individuals who went out with me on my 21st birthday. The last time I saw Brim was in the fall of 2015. My older brother had a gathering at his home. I made a cake for the occasion. At the end of the night, Brim, my husband, and I stood in my brother's kitchen and ate nearly the entire thing. All the while, joking and laughing. I cherish this memory and I wanted to share it with you. Brim always befriended my significant other. Whoever it may have been over the years, and I know he continued to have lasting friendships with them too. He had the greatest laugh and the best sense of humor, such a goofball. He's always been more than just a friend, he's a brother. I am truly grateful for having known him. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.
