Sherryl, Louis, and Vincent....I am so sorry for your loss. I know that the past few years have been very hard everyone!

Luz and I are deeply saddened. He gave so much to so many. Frank will live on as an example to us all. The Foreign Service has lost diplomat of great substance.

What a distinguished career Frank has enjoyed and from which we have all benefitted. It's gratifying to hear of a former student at Brebeuf having done so well. Sorry to hear of his passing.
