Millicent Burnett

Millicent Marie Burnett, 90, passed away Friday, May 20, 2016. Millicent Marie Burnett was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She lived her life filled with colors of Joy. Millicent enjoyed 25 years as a medical secretary with Riley Children's Hospital. She later worked as an early childhood educator and substitute teacher throughout the Indianapolis area. Millicent fulfilled her dream of becoming a painter and was inspired by her travels throughout the United States, Mexico, Japan and China. Her desire for life, happiness and adventure will be missed and always loved. She is survived by her children; Shirley, David, Karen, Lynne and Charles; sisters; Yvonne and Shirley; several nieces, nephews and a host of loving friends.
