Obituary
R. Gregory Kaufman, beloved son of Richard & Norma Kaufman, passed away on Sunday, May 29, 2016. He was a student / custodial patient at Especially Kidz Center in Shelbyville, Indiana for 38 years. He was 56 years old. He was dutifully attended to by many wonderful nurses and care givers (Angels and Saints) and mostly by his Guardian Angel, Ruth Davidson. Greg is survived by his parents; brothers, Brian (Kristen) Kaufman, Los Angeles, Kevin (Briana) Kaufman, Ft. Worth, TX; sister, Karen (Chris) Bailey, Indianapolis, IN; one niece, Francesca Kaufman, two nephews, Henry Bailey and Adam Kaufman.

My condolences to the family. The loss of a loved one is never easy. May our loving God continue to bless and strengthen you as you remember his word the Bible at John 5:28, 29 says that there is going to be a resurrection. With this hope it is possible for you to see him again. The best Friend a bereaved person can have is our Creator, Jehovah God. We are encouraged at 1 Peter 5:7 to pour out our heart to him in Prayer because "he really cares for you." Moreover he promises that all who do so will have their thoughts and feelings soothed by "the peace of God that surpasses all understanding." (Philippians 4:6, 7) Please allow God to help you heal by means of his consoling Word, the Bible. May all the many wonderful memories that R. Gregory provided comfort you during this most difficult time.

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Kaufman,
Mary Anne informed me of Greg's passing, and I just wanted you to know how very sorry I am for you and your family. Loss of any loved one is sad, but the loss of a child seems doubly sad. Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers. God Bless!
