Maureen Gaddy

Maureen E. (Minnemeyer) Gaddy, 60, born August 10, 1955 in Indianapolis, Indiana died July 29, 2016. She was predeceased by ­­­her husband of 33 years, Charles P. Gaddy, step-father, Joe Minnemeyer, and her father, Robert Hughes. She is survived by her Mother, Marie Minnemeyer, her two sons, Ross and Christopher, and sister, Karen Minnemeyer. She is further survived by her four step-children, Jennifer, Rosemary, Charles P. Jr., and Elizabeth Gaddy, many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Maureen was a proud founding partner of the Gaddy & Gaddy Law Firm, who served families on the west side of Indianapolis for over 35 years. Maureen dedicated the majority of her adult life to law, being an advocate for children's safety and happiness. She was most passionate about her family, dogs, scrapbooking, photography, shopping, and planning a yearly cruise with her Mother. Maureen has a lot of family, both blood and chosen, that love and will miss her dearly. A Celebration of Life will be held at Life Church, 612 N. High School Road, Indianapolis, Indiana on Friday, August 5, 2016 from 4 – 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to FACE low-cost animal clinic, 1505 Massachusetts Ave., Indianapolis, IN 46201.
