Naeem Abdelhak

Naeem M. Abdelhak, 54, of Avon, IN passed away on September 18, 2016. Naeem was born in Jerusalem, Israel on January 6, 1962 to Mahmoud and Sadia Abdelhak. Naeem was a hard-working man who loved his family until his very last breath. He was lovingly devoted to his beautiful wife, and daughters. On most days you could find Naeem at his family restaurant, The Mediterranean Grill. His family and his restaurant were his pride and joy. When Naeem wasn't working, he enjoyed going to drag races or playing poker. He loved telling stories of every poker hand he played. Naeem loved to be constantly surrounded by his family and friends. In his last days, Naeem accepted Jesus Christ as his personal savior and was looking forward to attending Victory Baptist Church with his wife and girls. Sadly, Naeem never made it home to go to church, but he is surely worshiping at the feet of Jesus. Naeem had a huge heart and an infectious grin that could brighten anyone's day. He will be missed every day and his memories will live forever. Naeem is preceded in death by his father; brothers, Mahmoun and Salah Abdelhak. Naeem is survived by his mother; his loving and devoted wife of 29 years, Rebecca E. Abdelhak; daughters, Sarah, Suraia and Samerah Abdelhak; sisters, Moshahed Abdelhak and Mana Habbas; brothers, Amin and Hamed Abdelhak. Donations may be made to Victory Baptist Church.
