Lupercio Cuello Osta, 79, of Indianapolis passed away November 19, 2016. Lupercio was born in Sincelejo Colombia on December 20, 1936 to Martin Cuello and Ana Maria Osta. Lupercio is preceded in death by his father Martin. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Elena (Cabeza) Cuello, his mother Ana Maria Osta, four children; Lupercio, Alonso, Neysa, and Yamile Cuello, grandchildren; Yaimi and Yina Barrios, Neysa and Daniela Herrera, Alonso, Yamile, Andrew, Anthony and Diego Cuello, Jaime and Adrian Perez.
