Lisa Ann Katra, 56, of Plainfield passed away on January 1, 2017. Lisa was born on August 29, 1960 in Indianapolis, IN to Donald and Virginia (Stewart) Katra. Lisa worked for 37 years at Duke Energy. Some of her hobbies included, baking, bowling and spending time with children. Lisa is preceded in death by her mother; grandparents, George and Ula May Katra; she is survived by her father; brothers, Steve Katra Sr. and Dave Katra; nephew, Steve Katra Jr.; aunt, Karen (Danny) Steenbergen; aunt Linda Beliles; Amy Katra, Samantha Katra, Molly Katra, Hannah Katra, Allison Katra.

I worked with Lisa at Duke Energy the past 35 years until my recent retirement. I am so saddened to hear of her passing. She was so sweet and willing to do most anything for everyone. Rest In Peace Lisa you will be missed!!!!
