Obituary

Sue Ellen Glover, 69, of Indianapolis passed away on April 2, 2025. Sue was born in Indianapolis, IN on April 29, 1955 and was quickly adopted by Horace and Mary Troth soon after. Sue grew up on the west side of Indianapolis where she graduated high school at George Washington High School in 1973 followed by attending Porter Business College. Sue began her career as a Policy Service Consultant in February of 1977 working for American United Life Insurance, now OneAmerica Financial, where she stayed until retiring in 2021. Sue was known to all as the friend who could be the shoulder to cry on, the ear to listen to, or the hand out if in need. She spent many hours volunteering for various positions in her lifetime such as her neighborhood association, her bowling league secretary, a high school marching band mom, among other activities. Sue loved to travel and was always ready for her next cruising adventure. Sue was preceded in death by her parents, Horace and Mary Troth, along with her loving husband, Kerry Glover. Sue is survived by her two daughters, Carol Glover and Sarah Glover along with her grandson, Matthew Glover.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in honor of Sue can be made to the charities near to her heart, American Heart Association, Autism Awareness and Alzheimer's Association.

I'm so sad to hear about Sue's passing. Sue and I were late people. Many times we would be walking into work together or leaving together . Sue always had a smile on her face. Anytime I had to interact with her she was always helpful and knowledgeable. RIP Sue. You are no longer in pain and with your love Kerry. You will be missed.
