Obituary
Lillian (Lilly) Brezigar passed away on Saturday, November 18. She was born January 8, 1925. Lilly was the daughter of Martin and Antonia (Baraga) Brezigar. She was a lifelong member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, KSKJ, and the Slovenian National Home. Lilly attended George Washington High School and Lain Business College. She retired from Union Federal Savings Bank as a Savings Manager/Assistant Treasurer. She enjoyed gardening and traveling, especially her visits to Slovenia and Medjagoria.
Lilly is survived by her sister Patricia Kronoshek, niece Mary Kronoshek, nephew David (Nancy) Kronoshek, great nieces Jennie (Kevin) Punswick, Suzie (Phil) Stadler, and Julie (Matt) Brott, and six great nieces and seven great nephews.

My condolences to the family. The loss of a loved one is never easy. May our loving God continue to bless and strengthen you as you remember that his word the Bible at John 5:28, 29 says that there is going to be a resurrection. With this promise it is possible for you all to see her again because we know that God can not lie. Usually at some point in time after the funeral when family members and friends are gone, we may find ourselves all alone to deal with our grief. But please be assured that you are not alone. The best Friend a bereaved person can have is our Creator, Jehovah God. We are encouraged at 1 Peter 5:7 to pour out our heart to him in prayer because "he cares for you." Moreover, he promises that all who do so will have their thoughts and feelings soothed by "the peace of God that surpasses all understanding." (Philippians 4:6, 7) May all the many wonderful memories that Lillian your loved one provided comfort you during this most difficult time.

I remember Lillie she was my next door neighbor Patsy’s sister. Always so nice. I used to babysit for Mary and David. I was always messing with Mary’s hair trying to style it. I don’t know if they remember me or not, but I remember them and Patsy and Gordon their Mom and Dad on Medford Ave.
