Obituary
Alexandra Quamba Koffi, 17, of Indianapolis passed away on February 25, 2018. Alexandra was born in Lome, Togo (West Africa) on February 17, 2001. Alex loved to sing and enjoyed reading. Alex also loved talking with her Dad and driving. Dancing was one of her favorite things to do. Alex attended Ben Davis High School and was a member of the Varsity Show Choir, Symphony Orchestra Group, Track and Diving Team. Alex was also a member of the Catholic French Speaking Community and served faithfully as an Usher. She was a member of the Principal Leadership freshman year and as a sophomore she was on the Ambassador Team. Alex wanted to attend Rutgers University in New Jersey. She wanted to pursue her dream of becoming a Judge Advocate General's Corps and then join the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Alex loved to help people and loved with all her heart.
Aaron Kwame Koffi, 13, of Indianapolis passed away on February 25, 2018. Aaron was born in Indianapolis, IN on February 5, 2005. Aaron loved reading, attending school and have interest in cars. He was a member of the Lynhurst 7 and 8 grader band and played the trumpet. His true passion was basketball and he admired athletes Lebron James and Michael Jordan. Aaron was a born athlete and also wanted to play Football and be on the track team. His educational goal was to attend and graduate from Duke University, and become a professional basketball player. Aaron served faithfully as an Alter Server and Usher at the monthly Catholic Mass in French.
Alexandra and Aaron are preceded in death by their maternal grandfather, Theophile Dodoh and paternal grandparents Guillaume and Peace Koffi.
