Pamela Sue Aders passed away April 3, 2018. She was born November 21, 1958 to Jim and Maudie Flinn, in Hendricks County, Indiana. Pamela is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 30 years, Douglas T. Aders; daughters, Jessica (Crowe) Turk, Heather Aders, and Ashley Aders; siblings, Carolyn (Mitchel) Sams, and Linda (Mitchel) Jarrett. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Maudie Flinn; and siblings, Jan (Mitchel) Blankenship, Robert Michel, Deny Michel, and Michael Michel. Donations may be made to the National Breast Cancer Foundation.

I wanted to let you know how sorry I am for Pam's passing. She has been a long time coworker of mine and was instrumental in encouraging me with my own battle with cancer. She was was a great worker, was meticulous regarding the detailed work she had responsibility over, and was a friend to me. She will be missed. I will continue to pray for her friends and family regarding her loss.
I apologize for not being able to attend her celebration of life, since I have a planned family event to attend. My thoughts will be with you.

My heart aches for the loss of this amazing woman, mother, sister, wife, and friend. As the best friend of her older sister Jan, I had the pleasure of meeting Pam when she was just a young girl.
