When I heard Pat passed I was hit with sadness and yet joy. He’s whole again like before the accident. Beautiful image. He’s thankful for all that you and Mike have done all these years to care for him. He loves you both so much. That love never ends. But I think he’d say....I’m home and now it’s my turn. He will be watching over you and Mike now. May this thought bring some peace in your pain. I will be praying. Hugs ❤️

Dearest Mike, I know that you are sad and missing Patrick. I want you to know that I loved him too and share in your grief. I fell in love with Pat over the years, playing checkers, watching him perform at Christmas events, hanging out counting ceiling tiles or fending off his kisses. I will always remember when we went to court and Pat sang a Beatles song for the judge, telling him how much he loved you and that "He is my Brother". It touched my heart. So many more memories I hold close to my heart. I will always think of Pat with love and laughter. He cracked me up often. He was so loving and funny (your biggest tattle tale). I can honestly say I thought of Pat every much my brother too. He is now at peace in heaven with your mom and pop. I love you with all I am, Michele
