My thoughts and prayers are with Barb, Cathy and Tom. Uncle Phil meant the world to me and I’m going to miss him. He rolemodeled how to be a strong Christian man, father and husband. I will be forever grateful and better off for Gods gift of allowing me to be his nephew. He’s in heaven with his son, together again. God bless and Rest In Peace.

I was so sorry to hear Phil had passed away, What a GREAT person, We worked 4 days a week with each other and I was always in awe how nice he treated other people, His quite voice and manner was a reassurance to new controllers, He and I had some great times together as supervisors, we had a lot of laughs, To his family, how proud you must be of a great person, who always practiced what he preached.
