Obituary

Mathew Ivanisevic passed away October 11, 2018.  He was born February 16, 1928 to the late Martin and Marija Ivanisevic in Aliquippa, PA.  Mathew retired after 25+ years with Chrysler UAW. He loved to sing and dance, and enjoyed the “spirits” of life to the fullest. His smile would light up a room.  Mathew is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Marija Ivanisevic; children, Anita Floreancig and Mathew (Joni)Ivanisevic; grandchildren Taylore, Joseph, and Jack Florencig; sister Branka (Ned) Canak and many nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his siblings, Jakob, Eli, and Katica.

 A Celebration of Life service will be held Monday, October 15, 2018 at 12 PM with visitation from 10 AM to time of service at Stevens Mortuary, 5520 W. 10th St. Indianapolis, IN 46224.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Life's Journey of Avon, 10241 E. CO Rd 100 N, Avon, IN 46123.

My dear Maria, Anita, Matthew and all the family. I lived on Fenmore Rd next to you and watched Anita and Mattow (how we prounced it) grow up. Your family was my family and I miss you so much. I'm so sorry for your loss and wish I could be there, but I am leaving for out of town this evening. Know that I fondly remember the motherly advice you gave and how sad I am to read this in the paper. Love to all, Debby
