Patsy Jean Thompson Ray, of Indianapolis, IN passed away on Saturday, April 6th, 2019. She was 70 years young. Patsy never had children of her own, but raised many. She enjoyed spending quality time with her family and always helped those in need. She was loved by many and will be missed by all. Patsy worked at Maplewood Elementary school for 32 years. Patsy is preceded in death by her parents, Nolan Neal and Panzy Ruth Thompson; husband, Bobby F. Ray; and sister Deborah Powell. She is survived by two sons that she had raised, Mark Ray and Joshua Cox; sisters, Carolyn Cox and Judy Benge; brothers Ronald, Terry, Jerry, Gary and Donald Thompson; several nieces and nephews.
